I'd take this seriously, but you're playing teemo...

You were a Teemo with TWO completed items vs a fed Annie with 3 and a half completed items. In addition, you had zero defence and she had magic penetration; after base penetration (counting runes and masteries) you had ~16.7 magic resistance.

If you expect to solo ANY champion who has almost double your items and is a couple levels over you as a squishy support Teemo with no defence you have more problems than "lol X champ is broken".

• Annie bought her Seeker's Armguard at 28:04.
• Annie sold Doran's Ring and bought a Needlessly Large Rod at 30:51.

The match ended at 31:44.

• Your level in the screenshot was either 13 or 14.
• Annie's level in the screenshot was either 15 or 16.
• At best, you were 1 level below her. At worst, she had 3 levels on you.

You had almost no defenses. She was almost purely offense. Her Q and W were maxed, and her R was either maxed or rank 2, depending whether she was 15 or 16 when she killed you. They had at least one Dragon. Her AP was over 525, and your effective MR post-penetration gave less than 15% damage reduction.

Exhausted or not, there was no way you'd cut her damage enough to survive that.
