So new Aatrox

So ive gotten about 10 Aatrox games under my belt and Im of mix feelings. I like the story and lore side well enough, but something just felt off while playing him. I always feel like im struggling even if im going even with lane partner and not feeding. Played him both top and jg. I was wondering on other opinions on this, but what about making the cast time of his q's quicker. So the animation completed more quickly and you could cast the next one sooner after the last?
