Fiora passive bug
Just picked the champ up, and passive works, i heal and do damage, but the tooltip displays all zeros in game for me

I have the same issue.
Even when you have 300 AD and are level 18 the Passive still says:
Basic attacks and damaging abilities against a Vital trigger it to deal 2.5% (+0%) of target's maximum health bonus true damage, heal Fiora for 0 and grant her 50% bonus movement speed that decays over 1.75 seconds.
As a programmer myself it seems to me that this bug could be fixed in the matter of ten minutes of looking into the code, I dont know why Riot has not fixed the bug yet, since it has been out for long time now.
I hope Rioters read this and report it to their programmers.
