Currently ghost boy is already enjoying Fleetfootwork in conjunction with the Celerity rune in the sorcery tree.

Fleet footwork speed. Q trail speed. E horrify speed. Phage speed. Gives him a reliable +36AD, in conjunction with the AD he gets from his Q in the first place, this is quite a lot of free AD very early in the game. Add Youmuus into that and its +40. Add the active into it, its +44.

idk what buffs theyre going to put into Fleet footwork, but Nocturne is already overperforming with it.

It's still a garbage Rune, so far Noct is the only one that would use it because everyone else prefers Press The Attack or Lethal Tempo.
