What about a re tune to Riven's passive?

What about incorporating her passive into the way her q hits 3 times. I was thinking of the Q activating once but every time you use a charge of runic blessing you get another charge with q up to 3 until it goes on cd. This would hardly affect long time Riven mains but it would help new players learn the idea of attacking between q's.
