When will people learn that going all out for the ADC is a terrible strategy?

There's 4 other champions in the game you can't just ignore them. Especially since the ADC will usually be further back than anyone else.

Well I'm sure as hell not going to waste time trying to attack a fricking Rammus in front of me over an ADC.

Even if the ADC is far back, as a Hecarim jungle main, I give no shits about that, I'll ult-E that dude right into my team.

Pretty sure the whole point of playing Hecarim is to dive their back line and either outright kill them or zone them out from the fight.
