3 solo lanes. top side jungle: smite + ss bot side jungle smite + ss
Seeing as the average game length is going down, the only solution to a team's jungle map presence would be to split the duties. You can still have assists from your red/blue side jungle respectively and now roaming is paramount from the 3 lanes because 2 smites equals faster dragons or invades.

ADC isn't in a position to solo. Support won't be soloing either.
Jungle camp respawns would pretty much need to be halved for this to be maybe viable. Right now you'd just put your bot lane at a 1v2 disadvantage most times while simultaneously making your junglers get half the gold and experience of the enemy jungler
So then by 2:40 both your "junglers" are sitting around leeching exp off laners or doing nothing?
so bot will be even more vulnerable to clown fiestas
