is rageblade the only item that has base stats converted into a passive?
the attack speed? where did it go? its in the passive obviously. but I can't recall a single item that does that outside rageblade.

FatesDefiler1 votesi'm not at all satisfied with the current iteration of rageblade and i was one asking for changes in the first place. reducing the stack count and removing skill's ability to stack moved the item away from being a hybrid item that's meant to be used by hybrid characters that auto and use abilities. rageblade should be specifically catered to champs like jax, morde, akali, ekko, etc. moving it away from that an into a potential adc item is a huge, huge mistake.
also, jungle items suck right now. really imbalanced to have jungle items weaker than lane items and having to spend the first thousand or so gold on a statless jungle item upgrade is not cool.
