Besides pick a different champion, what am I supposed to do as Swain Mid?

Nothing about this champion makes sense to me. The only thing I figured out so far is to not use W for poke.

Yeah, i was a diamond mono swain top. He's an abomination who gets destroyed by anything. I don't know what to do either.

He does a lot of things ok, but very few things well currently. Next patch his wave clear and w reliability will get a buff so he will be a more potent roamer with w.

Looks like max Q,E,W, use Q and E-passive Combo to poke and sustain in lane, preferably E at close range to drag them into taking all of Q damage

I play him as support in gold5 and can carry. You drop w after you land e either on enemy or behind.
