She plays top lane because she is supposed to be good against tanks, yet her kit is strong against everyone. Like why can she be super sticky, slow attack speed, slow movement speed, get a huge lifesteal boost and dodge every attack in the game including ultimate attacks?

That aside, I think 
, has a lot of trouble fighting ranged champions and other bruisers in general like 
that can straight up murder her before she even gets ult off. Sure she might eventually outscale them in 1 vs 1 after 3 items, , but they will still outperform her in teamfights, they only need to be strong enough to defend turrets, being able to 1 vs 1 is just a bonus.
