Can Sion Be Healed During His Passive Besides Punching Things?

Is Sion able to be healed from other members of his team while he is "dead" using his passive? For example soraka heal, summoner heal, etc..

PS: I have read other posts about this and most people reply saying that it is a waste of time to heal him during his passive instead of answering the core question, does anyone have an answer?

He can be healed, but, it is almost un noticable.

I went into a custom with a friend, he played soraka, he used W on me to heal me while i was in passive mode, but you cant see the effect due to the rapid hp loss. Sion
