@Riot, when you say you were planning to update immobile mages...

Does this mean you're dividing mobile and immobile mages at last? Does that mean Ahri won't be a part if the update?

Furthermore, what do you guys plan to do with Karthus to keep him from feeling too slow? Right now it feels like lane is a nightmare and late game is easier, but by that time one team or another has won. Are you planning to make scaling items faster to accomodate?

I'd really like to know specifically what the specific sub-goals are of this update are. Besides diversity, what do you guys plan to make the mage class into, and how will you execute that?

They arent dividing the classes, they are targeting specific champs to make them feel more unique. In the announcement they talked about the general points they wanted to hit with the 6 immobile mages listed. The update is to differentiate these mages specifically not to change every mage around. This means ahri may not be touched considering she was not listed and is mobile. They also said they might look into slight touches to other mages so they might do something with karthus to make him feel up to par (nothing garaunteed tho).

If you read up on the announcement they posted a while ago it might clear some things up. Hope i helped.
