Here is how to fix late game death timers and reward defending towers.

Make it so when tower dies it reduces death timers by 10 seconds if its tier 1 or 5 seconds for all others. This way if your team die at 40 minutes with all towers up you wont lose the game because enemy went 2 adc comp.
