Curious question. How are the crit changes affecting Yasuo?

I know its a fairly new patch but for those who have had the pleasure (Or displeasure) of having one in your games, I'd like to know how his power had shifted if at all.

Is he even stronger now? Still permaban worthy? or is it safe to start unbanning him now?

His winrate has fallen nearly 5% from 48.5% to 43.5%, save your ban for someone else.

I don't think Yasuo was ever permaban worthy though.
