I feel like Redemption isn't that good of an item

I'm also on the edge about Locket of the Iron Solari, I definitely like this new one better but I feel you're only buying it for the active which is fine. Making the item be like this creates unique gameplay where you're not buying the item every game if you don't need it but I feel the item should give a bit more like at least some health.
