He's been sitting at +56% Win ratio in 3 roles for 2 patches now.
Why is this allowed? The second Elise, Gangplank, Juggernauts and Mundo moved towards higher win ratios they started to get crippling nerfs. Why is Graves an exception? Or is this a compensation for removing the Cigar? Or is it because he's an iconic character so you have to keep it strong so money flows from the people Masterbaiting to his Muscle Beach splash art?
...Also can you stop giving CertainlyT reworks, he ruins balance every single time he's allowed to do something. Look, It's very simple. Does he comes to the office with a mad grin suggesting Lee Sin basic attacks should deal true damage? You say no! Does he sneak into the balance team's dungeons screaming for Zed buffs while having seizures? Spray water on him and say no!
