Yes I come to complain becuase her E was barely near my champ when it "landed". This champ supposedly has counterplay.

not really, freeze it when it "connects" and its a blatent miss. People say to dodge Illoai E but realistically I wasnt dodging that without scripting. And she didnt throw it to my right in anticipation of me running right, just at where I was. Evidently that was her skillshot to miss.
