Is Kled just another Aatrox?

Released and then had some time to shine then quickly dropped into a pit due to being another generic fighter? I barely ever see one and even when I do they don't do anything amazing or bring anything unique to the table. The mount and rider dynamic is interesting but in practice it doesn't really accomplish anything interesting and it has a similar issue as Aatrox's passive but instead of dieing and reviving and being near useless he becomes near useless and MIGHT revive.

Kled is awesome, just underplayed.

He has a lot of tough matchups in lane, and many people would rather play other 'carry' top laners. Sure, you could pick Kled into Maokai and probably win lane, but why not pick Fiora or Camille and have much more carry potential? It's a similar problem to Renekton, but Renekton has the benefit of being much more versatile in his item builds.

Think you could tell me how to land his Q? It feels a lot like Bard's Q where it takes half a second for it to even start moving when you launch it.

The best way to land Q is to couple it with his E. Use E to charge towards/over somebody, and you can cast his Q mid dash, making it a lot easier to hit.

In my opinion the reason why he's underplayed is that he's way too easy to dismount , his spells are really easy to predict and some champions don't even care about them . Especially his Q , there are some champions who want to get in melee range so they can dismount him and it's their wet dream to get pulled to Kled when he has his W on cooldown .

Once you dismount him , he's as worth as a creep for me .

Maybe once Riot nerfs damage across the board (The mastery nerfs on PBE are a good start) he'll be better since it won't be so easy to dismount him or kill him once he's dismounted.

Such as? He has his ult to get people into a fight but it requires you to have someone else on your team that's actually good at locking down someone. If he falls behind in lane phase then he's not much use, he's heavily snowball reliant because otherwise he doesn't do enough damage to be a threat and he gets nuked so fast that he's dismounted in a second.
