Why are vayne players so selfish?

Serious question am not the one that makes these stereotypes and often i think they are ridiculous. but even vayne. abandons team in team fights. barons dragons. and goes to lane afk farms and dies to some assassin. its annoying as fuck.

and the casual tumble into a mage combo because she can 1v5 with half an item obviously.
