Stop giving rework/ new champ unnecessary and overloaded mechanism

- Super high mobility with 200 range, are you serious? Immobile juggernaut like
only has 175 range - Anti-shield passive
- Easy farm with low mana Q, brain-dead farming and mobility. Don't forget Q restore health scaling with AD. Can we limit Irelia to only reset Q from really low health minions/ marked champions?
- Mini-stun in R. Why?

- Big but short low in outer Q. Why?
- Shroud immune to turrents and true-sight. Why?
- Short stun in R1. Why??
I am NOT complaining about their damage/ mobility/ sustain bla bla bla but I don't get why these mechanism is needed in their kit. They are excessive and removable*[zombie-brand-facepalm]*
