Why isn't Treeman-Knifecat bot lane a thing in this meta?

why isn't it in the meta? It's certainly a scary combo and i mean it shuts down a lot of mages pretty easy

giannishannibal2 votesWell laning ivern is weak champion at the moment and rengar in lane doesnt have access to his stack unless he roams top and mid to get them and it isnt great laner as he lack waceclear without tiamat and he doesnt have so much poke so he can stay in lane safely to farm till lv 6.Its so punishable lane. IF they get their items and stack etc and get online then i tell from personall experiece that its a very strong combo. Its the same as kassadin and diana if they get to late game they will oneshot anything but the problem with both kassadin and diana and reng-ivern is how to get there in every game.
ViciousSummoner1 votesIt'd be better to have either one play as the jungler while the other lanes. This way you get the synergy of both champions without severely impacting your team comp.
