You need to reconsider your grading system Riot

I just played with a jungle Janna who was 2/4/9 with 115 cs and with a zed who was 20/2/10 with 145 cs, Janna got the S, zed didn't....

It's all relative. Janna is virtually never seen in the Jungle, and never gets a high KDA, so it's relatively easy to distinguish yourself as a top-tier Janna jungler. Zeds get fed all the time.

The way the system is set up is, Really good gameplay is rewarded with a S. If I went 5/1/0 in a game with janna jungle(high cs), I will get a S because all other janna jungles play horribly in the jungle(I wonder why). But if I go 0/2/15 as janna support that will be a B because all other janna get that score, it is not exceptional. Same thing with fizz, getting 10/2/2(100cs) 25min isn't special but getting 10/2/2(200cs) 25 min is.

Tldr: You have to be special, doing good with Janna jung is special, but being a fed zed isn't because zeds get fed regularly, but not all of them farm to maintain their lead.

145 CS on a Zed? If the game was any longer than 25 minutes then the Zed didn't have enough CS/min for a S anyways.
