Game play concerning : Last whisper executioners calling and giants slayer

ever since the last whipser Nerf and the reintroduction of executioners calling and the introduction of giants slayer i noticed a slower power spike in champions that use last whisper. especially in champions that stack armor early the new last whisper feels semi useless on them .

i think there should be a final last whisper item closer to its original

called THE FINAL CALL which offers its original stats but none of the giant slayer and no grievous wounds

Last Whisperer was problematic because it offered both the ability to kill tanks and the ability to burst squishies. You literally couldn't go wrong buying this on practically anyone. Now you actually have to make a choice do you want flat armor pen to burst squishies or % extra pen to kill tanks. The change was intended.
