Add settings when you are in matchmaking dummies

Lets add settings in the matchmaking screen, its not too hard, put it in the top right corner. Sometimes i want to turn on the language filter before a game if my team is a bunch off ButtfaceMcgees, or i would like to unmute the music when i dont have any playing outside the client.
