Am i missing something

I've had level 0 honor for the past 6 months, and i don't even believe i can get tier 5 rewards by the end of the year at this rate. Wasn't Riot going to make it easier? To clarify how my behavior in game has been, I don't act shittily, i just enjoy playing stupid jungles like brand and vayne. I know i suck at league but getting reported for sucking sucks.
