Riot your gifting rules are unfair, i cant even gift my cousin on christmas

Riot please change your rules, they're ridiculous. I cant gift my cousin a skin before christmas because we havent been friends long enough even though I've know this guy all my life!

I deleted him from my friends list last week as a joke and now i get a message saying he hasnt been in my friends list long enough? Thats ridiculous. The time limit should like 5 days, not 2 weeks. Im not even sure if the legacy skins will still be here by the time i can gift him.

I've already talked to riot support and they said they are working on it, but how do i know you arent just telling me what i want to hear? I've seen posts that go years back with the same problems and you didnt do anything and still havent done anything. I would think these rules would be a bit more lenient around christmas time anyways...
