If it works in korea, it should work over here. I mean the korean ADC build item 3142 + item 3147 became pretty big over here.

I think Korean ADCs know what they are doing.

I'm pretty sure Korean AD carries are still using Shiv way more than they're using hurricane. This seems more like a Phy thing, and he can get a bit too excited to jump on novel builds. I remember when he was singing the praises of rageblade Vayne, and we all know how that turned out. Hell, I think it was only like 2 months ago that he made a video explaining how to do Ori jungle (or smite Ori mid) and attack speed Nautilus, and calling them good builds.

I respect him taking what are considered to be mediocre builds and explaining how they work and hyping people up to try something new. That's a good thing, and it makes the game more enjoyable. However, it also means that we should be somewhat skeptical of his builds until they actually catch on with other people. Until I see it start taking over high elo or Korean play, I'm going to call this a Phy build.

I didn't mean that Korean builds can't work in NA, I meant only Koreans would ever find a way to make Runaan's Vayne be taken seriously.

I'm going to say bork's passive helps more than just a shiv. FYI, you can swap out PD for a SS in this build.

I just think that hurricane would be slightly better because aside from getting life steal from your wave clear, it gives you better slightly stats for dueling with.

You can have your passive only on the main target. If you switch the target, you lose the stacks. The split shot doesn't spread your passive to the minions. This build is ok, if you need more AOE dmg from her. Skipping Lord Dominik is just bad unless you play vs all-carries team.
