Build last whisper whent the enemy team is stacking armor I am in gold one on the brink of plat and there is still people who dont do this and they opt out for a second zeal item.

If they are LCS meta sheep, they will probably end up with 2 zeal items. And if they are Ashe or Xayah, they will likely have both IE and ER.

They never seem to worry about Armor shred anymore. Nor do they seem to worry about LS. (You could probably thank both Warlords Blood lust, and Censor for that one).

If u mean by "enemy" the top lane Tank and jungle half tank then ADCs dont need to rush item 3035 just for them ... ADCs can just Burst the enemy team squishies with item 3031 item 3087 item 3046 item 3812 and then draintank the 0 damage tanks with the SAME core build.

u rush item 3035 only when they have +3 tanks or when their carries have taken 2 armor items item 3047 + 1 of these item 3110 item 3143 item 3157 ( cuz they got sick from dying to ur BpS while not being able to burst u cuz of lifesteal and item 3812 item 3046 item 3156 passives ) cuz only then their combined damage can stack.
