Xayah is easly in top 5 marskman in game and she has been since release If anything she needs nerfs

People ask yourself what marksman did you see at worlds? IT was literaly Xayah / Kaisa both bassicly went untouched and require nerfs Just because XAYAH IS TIER 1 FOR A 1 PATCH DOESNT MEAN THAT SHE HAS TO GO BACK TO TIER 0

lil box1 votesI don't know what you're talking about, Xayah's wr has been sitting about about 46% which is awful (rakan at 48%.) Xayah defiantly needs the buff, Rakan doesn't need nerfs after a string of nerfs he's received through out season 8
