Can we talk about how Riot balancing team favour broken champion over every others?

These are just some of the example of the champion that are favoured that it is obvious that Riot is biased.

Zed never got a real nerf but out of no where he gets a buff to his ult while ap get nerfed and best part is for ad champion they usually are able to get to 40% cool down faster then a AP champion? Lee mobility and damage from his ult is a joke. Temh has got 2 buffs in a row but never a real nerf (This guy is over loaded a fk) Heal/shield Stun/slow Save a team/ eat a enemy doing HUGE amount of damage even if he support. Lux recently got a buff which made her more stronger which I never understand why she needed it, If she locks practically any champion down which isn't hard she can kill any mid. Yasou crit and mostly his stupid wall which makes a huge difference for anyone vsing him. Riven.....Q cool down should start WHEN SHE FINISH ALL HER Q not start when she first press Q. <<< this is how you fix the riven problem for people. Leblec I see is getting a nerf to buff but I don't understand why? She has aoe damage and a click base ability with no skill shot other then her E.

This is not a QQ I'm just saying how Riot buffs champion who either fall out of meta or isn't doing a killing spree that they use to.

My favourite is how if they either fall out of meta/ start to actually get counter then Riot would rebuff them back. If we want to talk about falling out of meta and riot doing no sht at all for them then here are example . These champion MOSTLY YORICK are barely ever played any more expt for eve since she has her invisible ablilty. Why are these champion not getting buff? They fall out so hard with the nerfs that they got.
