Scaling champions aren't that easily bullyable and scale too hard too quickly How am I supposed to bully out vlad with his healing and pool? He gets 3 items and effortlessly oneshots my team? Nasus starts out with 12% lifesteal and along with runes he's unkillable, Jax has his counterstrike and is surprisingly strong early, trist has a ridiculous 900 range jump that can't be canceled, etc Where are the exploitable weaknesses?

High scaling =/= automatic success for everything else early just as low scaling doesn't mean automatic success for everything else late. Azir has tools to deal with his weakness early, he is weak in the sense that he doesn't typically* get kills or contest objectives well, not that you can just walk up and kill him thoughtlessly. You still have the upper hand on most high scaling champions in the snese they must absolutely hold onto portions of their kit as much as possible if they wish to not be abused. Vladimir cant waste pool, Azir cant waste his dash, Nasus cant waste his whither, Jax cant waste his counter strike. Yasuo is an exception, he doesn't really need windwall to win fights and infact it's useless against many champs anyway yet he still can easily fight them. Again you don't automatically succeed, however they have less room for mistakes at this time then one would as something like talon, zed, darius, illaoi, or olaf.

The upshot with high scaling champs is all you need to do is get as much as you can early safely and you will succeed as soon as possible later. One ought not see late game champions as skill dependent champion so much, they are easier in the sense that most will eventually become relevant. I consider Early game champions to be more skill dependent cause if you don't do well there is no second chances, and that's the price for being strong right from the start. That's why I prefer late game champs XD.
