So I finally faced Viktor top in my game...

Playing Soraka top I had no problem to beat him. I mean, I didn't actually killed him, I was close but I didn't want to use flash so I just let him recall on 10%hp pushed one wave and recalled myself. He was unable to kill me alone too, while I was ulting botlane and get bunch of assists for free (he used tp to get back to lane after he got ganked by my jungler at lvl 3).

Anyway, I have to agree that I was suprised by his damage output and also mobility. Once he upgraded Q I was unable to land an autoattack, but overally he couldn't do much. Same as my pick he is lane bully with weakness to ganks, same as my pick his cc is lackluster and most junglers can easily avoid it. Unlike my pick he has no global pressure outside of teleport - and his teleport plays aren't exactly strong either - as an immobile squishy champion (despite building tank) he cannot just teleport behind 4 ppls, he will get ran over by them. And same as my pick he cannot afford to split in long lane unless your jungler is weak or his jungler controlls your jungle.

He is probably better pick than Soraka as he offers more damage, and mainly sustained damage and is less reliant on teammates or other lanes doing well. But thats about it. He seems very similar to Urgot just less tanky and less deadly. Overhyped.
