Can we remove Summoner Spells altogether and have 2 additional items?

Please no. I want to play League of Legends, not DOTA. That's one of my major beefs with that game is the boatload of active items.

I'm all for that, as long as we start the game with an extra 3k gold

I'm open to the idea of removing summoner spells, but not giving extra item slots.

So much hp, no resists? Okay, goodbye. The game is balanced around having those summoner spells, so it would make a lot of champions completely unplayable.
