Shyvana to have Similar Fury system to Renekton?

So that Fury system other than Unleashing the dragon form what else does it do? It could be the following way Dragon for costs 5 fury a second 100/5=20 so instead the duration to be based on fury basic attacks increase the duration by 0.5 / 0.75 / 1 seconds or something similar Shyvana Ult would have 100 seconds cooldown and each basic attack reduces the cooldown by 1 second

meanwhile Shyvana would have similar Fury System like Renekton where at cost of Fury she unleashes more powerful attacks/abilities

What i am trying to say is that Fury system seems lackluster needs to do something more than being just a dragon duration

I see no purpose for this change. Her ult has a crazy low CD if you are being aggressive, but it takes longer if you are not playing as you are supposed to.
