Those Soraka nerfs?

Weren't a nerf at all. Soraka's problem isn't in her mana.

She builds an ardent censer and a Mikael's/Locket

Even after a team fight where I speam W > Q > E on Cooldown, I still have half mana. The problem is her healing. I think the CD even got lowered because it was 4.2 seconds at one, and today it was 3.8? If you want Soraka to be balanced, she needs a rework
