And Shen is also a megatank, and Singed's passive isn't much of anything honestly considering his core build has 1 mana item, 2 max (ROA/Archangel and FH).

And Galio has the biggest MR steroid in the game, with a heal added to it, and gains even more damage from it. You know what else he has? Scaling MR.

LilxPaprika2 votesWow they really didn't hold back with those shen buffs. Like they gave him everything community was asking for in one go. Holy 7 sec kistrike, with feint up, you could kistrike another time in under 2.5 seconds. Shen mains won't even know where to begin with all these free stats.
Solidair32 votesGiven how powerful Singed's rank 3 ult is (and how relatively often he can have it up), I really don't think Singed is in dire need of scaling MR. He'd be way too strong, I think if he had it.
He's viable right now, just not very popular.
