So I'm looking at these changes and it seems that AD is getting a huge boost to early mid and late game. ADC's are getting huge buffs to correctly playing their role. Huge buffs to stutter step or attack moves. Huge buffs to item cost and base damage on most champions. Then I see the AP items and it seems for the most part, they either getting nerfed in terms of AP value or cost increase.
Can anyone tell me why this is?

But then they have been pretty meh for most of season 5 because people bitched a lot? Well now they are taking revenge on us for challenging our overlords. I mean what are you going to do, play HotS?

It seems they are getting huge spikes across the entire game. Crit damage is now insane thanks to certain items. Life steal is still something only AD champions can actually get. They scale better with AD pen, or flat values, they do dmg to structures. Some of them are starting to be self peelers.. SO i'm just wondering, what do they want.
I wont be surprised if mid lane starts to become like S1-2 where cait was played in it.
