Why Twitch Won't Get Nerfed

He isn't a huge problem in high elo and nerfing him would fuck him for high elo. Its like how all of you hate yasuo but he is actually left open quite often in diamond. If anything you should still be complaining for caitlyn nerfs since she is still the most busted adc.
