If you have a team fighter on your team
Like a Kennen or Orianna, don't team fight without them.
You just have to resist the urge to go in while they are dead/clearing minions in another wave and wait for them.

Solid Advice, consider what things make your team as a whole strong and use that to your advantage. If you have a split pusher, then put some pressure on another lane etc.
kennen is stupidly. probably the best team fighter in the game. one time we were winning so bad. and that 0/9 kennen came back. dude. he was getting triple kills in every team fight when he ults
Yes. Even if that champ is support like Sona or Soraka, wait for them.
I so agree. Today I was playing 
and the other team had a fed 
every time my team fought without me they would die. Finally they got it through there head that we would win if I was there, and we turned the game around and won.
