wukong qol change
instade of making his ult do damage every single sec (which is counter intuitive)
make it do quarter of the damage every 1/4 sec, that way it'll be much smoother and better

yeah and the reason they can't is because of things like black cleaver
that's not a qol change that's a huge buff
