Can We Give Kayn An Actual Passive For Laning?

As fun as jungling is (and by that I mean I despise the role), it'd be nice if Kayn could be given an actual passive for laning that would help him not lose to most top laners in the game. Even something as simple as:

• Kayn heals for X amount per orb gained in combat.

This way, at least Kayn is rewarded for being in combat with opposing champions and doesn't have to generally play like a coward whilst abusing Grasp of the Undying to even stay afloat.
