Can we remove the AP from Guinsoos Rageblade?

Guinsoo's Rageblade was, and still is, intended to be a hybrid item.

Surely such a change would make it core on pretty much every adc, which would sortof defeat the purpose of it being a niche item.

The item is purely meant to be an item to empower champions that rely on on-hit effects, the AP goes with this as a majority of those champions benefit from hybrid damage. Even if you added Crit it still wouldn't be viable on ADC's as the item has a cost on it that just doesn't work with a majority of champions.
