His stealth is ridiculous, theres no way he should get so close before you can see him. His damage is too but that is due to underpriced and overpowered items, which also have been left a while.
I ask because i see no nerf on surrender@20.

Very Hard Engage1 voteshe used to be relatively low tier when lifesteal was a common first rush. with crit being so popular anyone with a steroid (or someone who always gets to auto attack first... invis) is bound to rise to the top.
at the moment, twitch needs his stealth toned back down, if not downright reverted to shorter stealth but true invis. i can cover nearly half the map like rengar with a max rank Q on twitch.

As someone who plays a lot of Twitch I'd be fine with them reducing the duration to 9 or 10 and making it true invisibility.
