New IE does not give crit at all, Yasuo players seem to be lamenting it as a massive nerf.

It will now take IE+PD for him to get 100% crit... Exactly the way it works now!

Yasuo gets 100% crit with completed zeal item and IE now - change should make him have 90% crit with completed Zeal and IE (I have yet to go on my PBE) but even if he quadruples crit chance then he still gets 100% crit chance from the same two items that cost 500 gold more and give him less damage.

think about it tho 2o% true damage from IE and 50 from Yasuo ult + if you add in Stormrazors the secondary passive will go off on every attack im seeing a perma ban into some kinda nerfs done to yasuo if not hell will break lose
