Wukong is brainless and too strong

i think Wukong would be brainless... if he wasnt so trash. You need to think hard to outclass any laners of your levels atm. In jungle its same more or less but.... its easier to outjungle other in low elo.

if u have 
in your name and u need him to be over a 51% winrate for you to win with him... i think u have a bigger issue than the state of your main.
and literally is one of the easiest champions in the whole game. like he makes 
look hard to play.
if u cant win with a champion unless their broken.. u have issues.

Take Wukong against a Yasuo lane. You'll truly see out outclassed Wukong's kit is in comparison.

Or maybe you overclimbed abusing a busted champion, and now you're dropping back to your actual rank. Wukong has a good win rate and play rate.
Just play your decay games until next season xd.
