ASol buffs for similar champs?

Hi! I think there's a few champs that can benefit from the scaling per level on movement speed, like ASol just received. W max Zoe was gutted, but that movement speed felt super satisfying, it'd be nice to see her getting something like that as you don't benefit from more than one level in it nowadays as you desperately need that E cd.

Movespeed for those long Q snipes, similar to Asol getting a large Q w/ movespeed would be satisfying.

Quinn ult, Ori W, Neeko W (because it was nerfed recently due to toplane) are all good options too! It'd be a nice buff that wouldn't break them as it's adding a slight bit of utility to make them feel nicer.
