It's something that can easily be practiced, adapt to the changes, go last hit some god-forsaken DotA 2 minions. Time your auto attacks with the auto attacks of your own cannon minion.

Get good at the few things that still separate awful players from decent players.

Problem is, you cant lasthit when your enemy is a corridor bully and that makes you fall even further behind. Making your enemy lose cannon minions doesnt require skill, they require stronger champions -or corridor bullies-.

Incidentally the only thread I have seen in awhile is specifically about mages and cannon minions.
