His kit is near flawless really. He has great scaling, and insane ult (with great scaling and cc), stealth on a low cd, a jump and empowered strike on a low cd. His build is essentially the same every match, and theres really nothing you can do about him. His jump range is also incredibly far.

If it can outtrade his damage, it's a good counter. Riven, Lee, Darius, Pantheon, etc.
If it can out sustain his damage, it's a good counter. Garen, Malphite, Renekton, Pantheon(Passive OP), etc.
If it can negate his ult, it's a good counter. Lissandra, Lee(kick), Fizz(but he's trash now), etc.
If it can hit or see him in stealth, it's a good counter. Basically all of the above.
360D3GR3SS1 votesHis 1 second stealth clone is easy to see and also has a high cooldown and it cannot be spammed because wukong has high mana costs. He telegraphs his initiations hard and they are pretty much just brute force, easily kited.
Shadow Gilgamesh1 votesHis early game is really bad right now. Top lane anyone with range pokes him out like every other melee. If he's in the jungle, the camps kick his ass really hard, most of the time he can't gank till 4 or 5, and a lot of the time he'll wait till 6.
Late game his ult can be mitigated heavily by any strong displacement such as Lee ult, Vayne's condemn, Azir ult, etc. His clone is easy to spot now that every smite gives you a visual buff that won't show on his clone.

Dude you can't lane him anywhere, toplane he gets destroyede and loses every matchup.
Mid lane he gets poked loses almost all matchups.
He was allways a shitty jungler but now that the jungle is 10x times harder he became a slowfarming target practise doll there as well.
Lategame is he strong? Yes. Can he get there easily? No freaking way. That's where his weakness lies.

S E X Y B O I1 votesHis early game is as close to shit as it can get in the jungle. It's a bit better in top lane, but his mana costs early are, well, quite high. Your only safe harass is e-q-w and it eats your mana. Every matchup basically wrecks him. But if you do survive your laning phase, you become a late game monster. Especially if you build Trinity, you kill their adc in every fight with e-q-ult. He is balanced in top lane and extremely weak in the jungle.
