Riot might you be able to add some clarity to one common annoyance with Irelia's Bladesurge?

Ask most any Irelia player about having times of getting the gold for killing a minion with bladesurge but not getting a reset or getting a reset but not getting gold and basically every single Irelia player will say they have had both happen numerous times.

And it is not a once in a blue moon but more along the lines of often once a game.
