Ranged auto attacks can no longer be fired through walls
Team fighting with melee champs just became so much more interesting.

This might overdo it a bit, but it would greatly accentuate the pros of melee carries.
doesn't understand
Melees already have tons of advantages over ranged, we don't need to buff bruisers any further.

Stats Gap-Closers Defensive Abilities More-often-than-not they also have CC
**Stats-- **You mean like bonus health and magic resist right? Bloodthirster passive covers the difference in innate health at level 18. So basically just magic resist and about 10 more armor on average.
Gap-Closers-- Ranged champions have those too. I'm not going to make a list of them because everyone is already aware that most marksmen have a gap closer.
Defensive abilities-- Ranged champions have those too. Anything that mitigates damage in any way, whether directly or indirectly is a defensive ability. Graves passive is a defensive ability. Vayne's ultimate is also a defensive ability when combined with tumble. Lifesteal is also defensive. Hell even the sheer fact that a team can defend you WHILE you are in a position to do damage just because ranged is ranged is an enormous defensive ability.
**CC-- **Ranged champions more often than not have those too. Make a list of all the ranged champions without CC.

Melees tend to have way more of any of these, whether it be in potency or quantity. It is just because it compensates for a lack of range, but that's because they're balanced around the current mechanics, making ranged worthless when even clotheslined by the terrain sort of defeats the purpose and you'd end up having to nerf all those melee compensations.
And those "defensive" skills are bull.
